Week 1!
Our sponsor is Aquarius Home Services. They are your full service heating, air conditioning and plumbing contractor. The owners, Donna and Peter Haselow, are longtime residents and supporters of Quail Valley.
A few notes on the event.
We will be in the air conditioned tent outside behind the building. Even though the tent has air conditioning, it will not be as cold as being inside. Staff will be available to take your beverage orders.
Since the kitchen is not open at the City Centre, we have arranged with Texas Biergarten the following dinner options at $17 each for this week:
- Cheeseburger with chips
- Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with chips
- Chicken Tenders with chips
All meals must be ordered by Tuesday, May 27 at 5pm. There will not be any refunds for meals ordered. There will not be food available to purchase after Tuesday at 5pm.
Guests – We ask that you register only those in your household. There is a maximum limit of 5 guests, which with you would be 6 in total.
However, if your friends live in Quail Valley, we will ask that they are members to attend the event. You can register them now but ask them to join before or at the event.
Games – we have a number of wonderful sponsors signed up for our games this year. In order to make it fair for all involved, we ask that each person only play one card.
Wait List – If we fill the room to capacity, there will be a waitlist.
If something happens and you can not attend, please contact us no later than Thursday at 5pm. If you fail to attend and do not contact us, you will not be able to attend Bingo again this summer.
