A few notes on the event.
We will be in the air conditioned tent outside behind the building. Even though the tent has air conditioning, it will not be as cold as being inside. Staff will be available to take your beverage orders.
City Centre will be cooking the food. Make sure to purchase a buffet and welcome the kitchen back!!!

The buffet is $15 per adult and $12 per child under 12. Please purchase while you register (to help give the City Centre a head count to cook for).
Guests – We ask that you register only those in your household. There is a maximum limit of 5 guests, which with you would be 6 in total.
However, if your friends live in Quail Valley, we will ask that they are members to attend the event. You can register them now but ask them to join before or at the event.
Games – we have a number of wonderful sponsors signed up for our games this year. In order to make it fair for all involved, we ask that each person only play one card.
Wait List – If we fill the room to capacity, there will be a waitlist.
If something happens and you can not attend, please contact us no later than Thursday at 5pm. If you fail to attend and do not contact us, you will not be able to attend Bingo again this summer.
