Join us to meet the candidates running for your HOA!
Thursday, February 8 at 7pm

The Quail Valley Fund is the HOA that services most of Quail Valley.  The Fund has 7 directors, and two of those positions are up for election this year.  As part of that process, Quail Valley Proud hosts a “Meet the Candidates” night, allowing Fund homeowners to ask questions of the candidates for the two open Board positions.

Our Meet the Candidates event is scheduled for next Thursday, February 8 at 7 PM in the Bluebonnet Room downstairs at the Quail Valley City Centre.

Kent Butler (incumbent)

Kent has lived in Quail Valley for 13 years and attended all 12 Quail Valley Fund meetings last year.  He is a financial advisor with USB Financial Services.

Kent is a proud current member of the QV Fund HOA Board.  He looks forward to continuing to contribute to make this a great community.  Conservative by nature, my daily financial advice practice requires a careful balance for both short and long term planning.

Steve Rubin

Steve has lived in Quail Valley for 25 years and attended 3 Quail Valley Fund meetings last year.  He is a residential designer, and landscape design/installation.  His background is in residential design and construction.

Steve's background would lend itself to the needs of the community in regards to all aspects.  Steve did serve on the HOA at his previous residence as Vice President and ACC Chairperson.

Tyson Stittleburg

Tyson has lived in Quail Valley for 9 years and attended 2 Quail Valley Fund meetings last year.  Tyson is currently a church administrator serving as Executive Director of Business Operations.  Previously he spent 17 years working at Quail Valley City Centre, 13 of those as General Manager.

Tyson believes he would be an asset to the Board of Trustees because of his time working in Quail Valley and his understanding of the neighborhood and the people.  Tyson has developed with relationships with Missouri City and Quail Valley Utility District staff.

The format we follow starts with each candidate making a brief introduction, followed by some standard questions asked by the Quail Valley Proud moderator.  From there we will open the floor to questions from the audience. We will limit answers to conserve time.
