Week 8!
Last Week...

A few notes on the event.
This week we will be upstairs in the Magnolia room. Although this means we can increase the number of people who can attend, it also means
Bingo this week will be buffet only!
You cannot order off of the menu in the ballroom

Registration will open on Tuesday at 8:00am and close on Wednesday at 8:00am. As you register, everyone will be automatically added to the waitlist. After registration closes, a random number generator will be used to determine who will be moved off the waitlist for Bingo that week. Those people will receive an email to confirm their registration on Wednesday.
Guests – We ask that you register only those in your household. If you do register adults not in your household please include their names on the registration. There is a maximum limit of 5 guests this year (6 in total).
However, if your friends live in Quail Valley, we will ask that they are members to attend the event. You can register them now but ask them to join before or at the event.
Games – We ask that each person only play one card.
Wait List – This year, everyone will be immediately enrolled on the waitlist. This will allow us to randomly select participants and give more people the opportunity to attend.
Remember- the only food available during Bingo this week will be the buffet. You are welcome to arrive early and eat in the Bluebonnet Grill prior to going upstairs for Bingo.
