REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED TO PLAY BINGO
In addition to our regularly sponsored Bingo Night - QVP will host a Special Bingo Game on August 6th. The 2021 QVP BINGO ‘LAST CARD’ will mark the end of the QVP Summer Bingo program and promises to be quite exciting.
For this one game only, the ‘LAST CARD’ - will be a QVP community supported game - QVP Bingo participants can bring a gift card to the registration desk and drop them in the ‘LAST CARD’ BINGO box. ALL of the gift cards collected will be used as the Grand Prize for the 2021 QVP LAST CARD game.
Bring your ‘last card’- that gift card (or two) that seems always be hanging around to Bingo this Friday night. We all have been gifted a card or two that, well…we know we will never use; check that drawer or basket at home and see what you can do to be a part of the community supported ‘LAST CARD’ game. Perhaps you just want to give back, or you just want to support a local business, there is no limit on the value, but the more cards and more value, the more fun and excitement . The value will be announced before the game.
Cards will only be collected on Bingo nights at the registration table.
A few notes on the event.
Guests – you can sign up your guests. Your QV Proud membership is for your family, so please sign up your family as guests. If you want to bring friends as well you can sign them up. However, if your friends live in Quail Valley, we will ask that they are members to attend the event. You can register them now but ask them to join before the event or at the event.
Games – we have a number of wonderful sponsors signed up for our games this year. As a result our prizes will be larger and we will play more games. In order to make it fair for all involved, we ask that each person only play one card.
Wait List – once we reach our room capacity registration will close and a wait list will open. If you are unable to register please sign onto the waiting list. It will allow you to potentially attend should someone cancel, and also gives us a better idea of what the total demand is for those wanting to play.
Please contact us in advance if the number of people in your group changes.
We will send out a confirmation email on Friday morning with information on the buffet menu.
